Google Sitemapper won't submit to google

Hey everyone!

I just purchased after a two minute trial - the google sitemapper program.

I took the trial, made a sitemap with it for a site and then tried to submit after uploading but it was not a feature available in trial mode so I went and purchased it.

So, I made the sitemap all over again, uploaded via the built in ftp and then once done, hit the submit to google button.

It gave me an error page: http://www.coffeecup.com/google-sitemap … t-sitemap/

Telling me the url is not right or something. That's the url it took me to above. Google has you listed as one of the outside programs to use too.

What gives? How can I rectify this?
I just purchased webspace for my brother for a Christmas gift and wanted to get it up and running with at least a splash page and get it listed with the google webmaster tools sitemap for tomorrow.

What should I do? Any clues?

Hi "Twitchin Kitten". Sorry for the trouble here. You may or may not know that we just launched a totally new version of our Website today and it seems there are still some gremlins in the Google Sitemap tool. We'll look into that as soon as humanly possible and get it all fixed up for you.

Meanwhile... you can submit your sitemap directly to Google if you like. :D

Yep! Thanks for the speedy reply!

I figured it out after I hit the send button too.

I think there are more bugs than you know about too. I can't seem to log in with my info that I used to buy the software. It keeps telling me the email don't exist.

But I'll just wait a while till you sort stuff out. I may have screwed up my info anyway. Seems I put the wrong email addy in and the software isn't showing up in my account where i can see what I purchased and download newer versions. Regardless.... I will wait and let you sort stuff out first, then try to fiddle with my account/s. It may sort itself out once you fix stuff.
