Hello,

I am having a problem with google sitemapper. The xml file seems fine; however, the sitemap.hml file has no links. The page titles are there but none of the links are clickable.

Here is a link to an example of the problem:

Any ideas how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Could it be because your site is password protected? All the unlinked pages are after the login screen... Just a thought

No, not password protected. All of those pages are freely accessible.

I'm starting to think coffeecup is just buggy software, I can't get their support people to email me back either...

I would have thought that if the software were buggy, then there would have been thousands of posts just like your here. I have not had any problems.

However, I will create a sitemap for a site that does not have one just to see if I can replicate your problem.

Will post back when I have my results.

OK, I have just created one for a site, and no problems.

But just thought I would say that I have just been to your site and have noticed that your sitemap http://www.socialsecuritylaidbare.com/sitemap.html works very well.

That's an old sitemap. I've run this on two machines with the same results; none of the links are clickable.

Robert, I am sorry that you are having problems here. I did try and replicate your issue, but without the exact same web site etc, that was impossible.

I know you said that you contacted CC, but have you looked on the customer support page just to see if they have replied to you?

If you go to http://www.coffeecup.com/help/ and enter your email and password, then click on My Question History, just to see if there are any replies to you questions.

If not, remember that they will be closed till Monday AM, and then try again.

I know this can be frustrating. Sorry I was unable to help more.
