Hey Scott,
I am trying out the free trial of surreal. One snag I had was that RSD seems to put this at the top of source code:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
I had to remove the "<html> tag to make surreal work. Now it works and it is very simple so...so far so good.
Have you had similar issues? It seems that RSD and RLM both populate that way (at least the ones I looked at). Just curious.

Mark, I've never had that problem. Maybe check your settings or head section in RSD.
