Updating RSD 1.2 to 1.5

I went to a site that was suppose to let me update my 1.2 version on RSD to 1.5 but that site does not acknowledge that I own RSD 1.2. I have been using it for several months now and paid for it earlier in 2015. Can you help me get the system to acknowledge that I own 1.2 and get upgraded to 1.5? Thanks
