Unable to install RSD Beta

I hit a problem trying to install the latest beta of RSD (build 2044). The install failed because it was unable to install the MS VC2015 Runtime. It couldn't do that because, a couple of days ago, I updated MS Visual Studio from 2015 to 2017, therefore the VC2017 Runtime is installed and won't allow older versions to install.
