I'm giving it my best shot to go from VSD to RSD. I've got a start on it but I have 6 columns, need only 5.
and I've got 2 pixel borders that are overlapping. Appreciate your input.

Hi Jeff

You can Delete the extra column and then adjust the spans in the Layout tab the four small box's.

Then under Design Tab the [pencil] in the Dimensions drop down you can adjust your margins and padding to suit.
