When I start a new project in RSD the Grid and Row settings in Layout shows a 12 span width, with an 11 span offset and an 11 span push. The Columns are not affected and show 12 span width and 0 span offset and push. Regardless of what I do in developing the project the Grids and Row retain these numbers but it seems not to affect the functionality. Subgrids and Rows also have this issue. I have attached a sample project as well as a screen shot in case the project does not have the problem at your end.
