Hello Mansour

Good example I've been just doing and have turned it into a mouseover more like Tim corke mean. I think? Now he reacted when you go with the mouse over the photo.

No, it's simple.
In a column you put a container with a background image. Give the container a Max and Min height for example 450px.

Now place a subgrid in the container make an eight base color which is transparent here, give the subgrid also the same as the min and max height 450px container.

Now go back to the container sets the padding (from above) by 383px (or optionally as you want it) now see it as it is if there is not going to mouse over to get going this effect in the container to state and put it on hover and hover beneath put the pading zero.
It finally puts the transitions to the duration to one under both regular and in hover

Nee het is simpel.
In een column zet je een container met achtergrond een image. Geef de container een Max en Min hoogte bijvoorbeeld 450px.

Plaats nu een subgrid in de container maak hier een achtegrondkleur die doorschijnend is, geef de subgrid ook dezelfde min en max hoogte als de container 450px.

Nu ga je weer naar de container zet de padding (vanaf boven) op 383px (of desgewenst zoals je het wil hebben) nu zie het zoals het is als er geen muis over gaat, om dat effect te krijgen ga in de container naar state en zet het op hover en onder hover zet je de pading op nul.
Als laatste zet de bij transitions de duration op één zowel onder regular als bij hover
