Wanted to switch to Mac with the Apple Air. They changed to ARM, but have emulator to run the Intel processor programs. Has anyone tried the program on the new M1 computer?

I got myself a brand new Mac Book Air (M1) for Christmas. I bought the Mac versions of Site Designer and Mail Designer, and installed them and they installed with no issues on macOS 11 (Big Sur). All tested with the version 5.0.3360.
They run like butter with the fastest load times I have ever seen. My 16GB Windows laptop loads 4 to 6 seconds after I double click, but the Mac Air shows up in a second and is ready for me to choose after about 1.5 seconds later. Almost an immediate load on a program using a translator program to run Intel program on an Arm system. Can’t wait for them to rewrite the code to take advantage of the M1 coding.
I can view my site using, Safari, Edge, and Chrome and just swipe the track pad to see all versions and back to the editor.
I can use my IPad as a mirror or second screen or air play my second screen to my big screen 4K TV across the room. This using no cables, and the motions I make on my laptop happen simultaneously on my second screen.
I can air play a tutorial video or watch a 4K airdrop of a Drone Relaxation video on the Big Screen and have no stutters on video or any slowdown of the editor on my laptop. Just sitting in my lounge chair and editing on my big 4K screen TV makes me very happy. I will never be able to use my Windows laptop again for site editing.
I have ran all my templates, even old ones, with no issues and I bought the cheapest Mac Air with 8Gig, (Big Sur), with no updates.
The pen or swiping does not work for all scrolling on the IPad, but can use my Apple pen to move components to my work screen and find items. The IPad keyboard does work. Just have to use the track pad for some motions when using. Over all very happy with the teams efforts to keep the Mac versions working.
