Try running RSD as Administrator and see if that helps.

1. Right-click the shortcut icon, and click Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Here, put a check mark by Run This Program as an Administrator.
4. Next, put a check mark next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For: and ensure Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3 is selected.
5. Click OK.

In the end your settings should match this:

I get the same issue with those settings. I did the install as administrator and I had the run as administrator checked in properties. I tried running in compatibility mode as XP SP3 with the same crash.

I also granted my account full permissions in the properties for this program and still get the crash.

Can you double-click on any RSD project file and open RSD that way?

If that fails, I would say one or more security programs are intercepting the software and preventing it from loading. I would disable DEP and UAC, reboot and see if that helps.

DEP:

UAC:
https://www.google.com/search?q=disable … p;ie=UTF-8

If that fails, you might want to consider reloading your operating system.

As Responsive Site Designer is the only program that has any issues, I will just uninstall it and go back to straight HTML5 and CSS3. That works.
