Responsive Modal pop-up window

Hello Coffee Cup Family.
Is it possible to create a responsive modal window for images,text and or video in Responsive Site Designer??
If so, please explain how and if not, whats the easiest way to do so.

I would use Colorbox if you need a popup otherwise try CC's Responsive Content Slider.
You could easily code a Colorbox popup for it.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I use this at the moment in a site that I'm making with RSD.
