Hello,

I can't find where the extra class name of "container-grid" is coming from. I'm using the container option and I can't find any option to removing the class so I would removing them after export.

<div class="container-grid modal" id="myModal">
<div class="container-grid modal-dialog hide_highlights"></div>
</div>

Any help would be appreciated!

It's probably a default of the library your using.
Which one are you using?

All of the frame works have either container or container-grid.

I guess I would now ask why you need them gone? Can't you apply your own class to them?

Could it be the 'type class', the one that is chosen by the app if you use 'apply to this type'?

Hello Eric,

You can enter your own class, but the container-grid is still inserted. I want to remove the the class because it's code that is not needed. The class has no styling. Yes. it's effect is nothing so I could leave it in the source code.

Hi Inger,

Where is the 'apply to this type'?

See attachment
And I got hold of Alberto this morning and asked, and my guess about the 'type' class is correct.

Yes, it's the type but it's still there by default.

Yes, and most elements have such default class names, a paragraph is called 'paragraph', an inline image is called 'responsive-picture', an unordered list is called 'unorder-list' for example, and they are there serving as a hook for selecting the 'Add to all elements of this type' option.
