I know this is likely a very simple issue to solve, but after looking around for well over an hour I can't seem to figure it out. Keep in mind I'm very new to web design in general, but in Responsive Site Designer I can't seem to create Headers or Footers that extend 'endlessly' from a width perspective. Am I just missing a very simple element or something?

Hi Debra,

If you click on the row for the header then go under the design tab then look for max-width, make sure to check none. Then it became a full width row.
