Thanks for your input. I have seen that information on the w3school site. But I'm not sure that is correct, as it does work in PHP v5.4.42 with no problem. I works just fine on a non-responsive site.

I realize that it's old tech, but it seems to me that if it still works on a non-responsive site, it should work inside the HTML element.

I'm most likely missing something here in the world of CSS, or I'm not explaining myself properly. I tend to do that.
