Is this possible in RSD/Foundation?
There are 4 main buttons on the Navigation Menu. When you choose the drop down, it opens a box underneath with 2 or more columns of links to complete the navigation.
Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know how to get the building block into RSD?
Looking for someone who could give me a price quote on building this style menu as a Foundation Component.

Here is the basic html structure for the mega menu building block with no styling.
I was unable to find out why the dropdown arrow does not show when building this. I added a icon arrow for the time being.
(You will have to right click to edit the text on the submenu List Items to add links in the Text Edit Mode)

Thank you Twinstream!
Stefke, your best bet is popping the html bit into a html element, and add the css to the resources. Edit the html file before you use it as the source for the html element.
