Picking breakpoints/Adding more than...

When picking breakpoints in RSD, where should you place them, or in the full version can you add unlimited breakpoints?

Actually, you should place as few breakpoints as possible.

If you are doing a "desktop down" design (which means you design first for the desktop and then adjust for smaller screens), make your design without any breakpoints at all. Once you've finished, move the slider to the left until the design "breaks" (doesn't look right). Set a breakpoint and make changes. Move the slider to the left again until the design once again breaks. Set a breakpoint and make changes. Continue this process until you have moved the slider all the way left.

When I started out, I would have 7 or 8 breakpoints. I very quickly learned (with the help of others in this forum) that I didn't need so many. Now, I typically have 3 or maybe 4.
