I got a hold of thew Beta 1.5 version.
I am unable to minimize the window, to slide the window to the left in order to expand the window to the right. I have no min/max button that is commonly found in the upper right of an application. The View menu only allows me to go to funn screen. Seems that this is permanently full window.

The error from the "Now All Breakpoints Visible" alert says to move the window - but - I can't figure out how to do that....?

If I'm following you correctly,
Click on the slider arrow at the top of the design screen and drag it left and right.

I have two "line", the break points, and a slider to change the size of the window. I am limited to 988 px, because if I drag the slider to the right any further it goes under the control panel and I can not slide the rest of the window to the left to see what's under the control panel.

The only think I can do is zoom all the way out, then expand the slider to the right.

I must be missing something.

OK - this is resolved.
I needed to restart the comp (duh) to get that window functioning. However, I just didn't realize that a window can not be made larger than the screen. All the the applications I can remember using, allows the contents to scroll around within the application's window. CC should add this functionality to the application.
