Naming RSD 2.0 Projects

So I am struggling with the new way things are done under the new RSD 2.0. I no longer can tell a Bootstrap Builder project from and Foundation Framer project from a Responsive Site Designer project. When saved in RSD 2.0 they all end in .rsd now with the rsd 2.0 Logo.

Is my only recourse to include a identifier in the file name such as "BS FF RSD nameofproject.rsd"

This kinda irks me.

Anyone else ? How are you handling this...?

Go to the Layout Pane for any project and look to the right of Grid. It shows you what framework you are using.

Cannot get any easier than that! :-)

So I save the project as parrallax.rsd which I am testing in both bootstrap and foundation. So I have two projects saved as parrallax1.rsd and parrallax2.rsd.

Tomorrow when I go to open the parrallax file for bootstrap I have to think......which one is it....they both end in .rsd ?

This is my point.....its getting messy.

Not messy at all. Just name your files parrallax1-bb.rsd and parrallax2-ff.rsd. That is just 2 characters added to the file name. Or, just create a folder called Bootstrap Projects and Foundation Projects and save them into there.

Keep it easy and simple. ;)

And I will repeat my last statement. ;)

Be a good developer and organize your stuff! ;)

It is possible to see which grid system you are on by looking at the default breakpoints. In Foundation they are blue, and in BS they are purple.
