Lightbox Software - does anyone know of a good lightbox software that works well with SD? Visual Lightbox used to make one freestanding that was great but they now integrate it with a full editor and I want to stay with SD.

Thanks in advance all

Use the reveal component styled to emulate the lightbox effect, no need for hidden HTML elements, straight from the box with some styling, easy peasy

what do you mean what do I mean?

Site designer has a component "REVEAL"

that can be styled to look like a lightbox type of effect, with next previous close buttons, captions whatever you like.

The link from Inger works ok, but requires some mucking about with the hidden HTML element, the reveal

works on all widthe too without messing about alsodoesn't require that to work, just some styling

It is only in order to make a component that the hidden HTML element is needed. Once it has been imported into the canvas, the hidden HTML element can be deleted.

Creating that lightbox gallery from scratch is actually very easy

here is just one example of how it can be made to look

The component one works fine too so it's up to you, load the component one or make one from scratch using the REVEAL component
