I have been using a WYSIWYG program for years, for all my web designs. I LOVED the fact that I could layer stuff to get the looks that I wanted. With that said, these programs don't work AT ALL for responsive designs, which is what brought me to RSD. I figured the easiest way to learn the program is to redesign my site in it and I am stuck already. Since it appears you can't layer anything (other than a background and image on top), how would I achieve this slideshow effect behind my navigation and the top part of my text area? http://spoonfroggraphics.com/

Thanks!! :)

Hi Spoonfrog,

Use position relative or absolute and adjust the top and left or right then z-index.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your quick response, but I am not too sure that I am following you. Are you talking about the 'stuff' over top of the slideshow?

You can layer things in RSD. Use the same slider and add some elements and navigation and your all set.
