Hi Joan,
From which support did you receive those messages? From your hosting company or from CoffeeCup Software?

Visual Site designer is no more supported by Coffeecup, since it is long gone. If you can access your server using an FTP client, you should be able to clear out your server, though. CoffeeCup has the free version of DFTP that you can download.

If you are not able to log into your server, you will have to contact your hosting company, though.

You should be able to login via FTP or CPanel (if used) and delete those from the /public_html directory. Your hosting company should be able to help with getting rid of these.

Visual Site Designer (VSD) was discontinued because it was not possible to build modern, responsive websites with it. That happened around 201- 2014. Since then we have had an app named Coffeecup Site Designer, or just Site Designer (SD), which is now in version 4.0. It is a non-coding app, but fairly different from VSD, and to begin with, it might seem a bit overwhelming. You can download a free trial version and play with it. If you have the pages of your old site, you can copy and paste much of the content. And people here in this group will help you along, as we have done with a lot of earlier VSD users.
