I did take your advice but I think you gave to too much credit when it comes to brains and skill level. I think I was misunderstanding what a html5 video is all about.

Can I start over and simply ask: Using RSD, what is the best way to have a video in my website that has clickable links during playback?

Seems like I can either:

1) Use all the js, css, and other files Videostudio produces and add them to the head section and htlm section. Not so fun...
2). upload .mp4 video to youtube and then within youtube's video manager add links back to my website.

You are saying that when I see all the clickable links in youtube videos they are being programmed in youtube itself?

Thanks again

Go with #2. It requires the most minimal amount of work and through the Youtube video manager, they have all sorts of options for creating links.
