Dear Support,

How do I import .html and .css files on to a Site Designer ( V 3.0, Build 2879) web page?

Do I use a HTML Element to complete the task?

Thanks,
Harold

Css files can be imported through the page manager.
For extra html pages not created in sd3 add to the exported folder if that's what you mean. Regards

The effect of an imported css file into the resources cannot be seen in SD3 itself, but you can see it in a browser preview.
If you place the contents of an external html file into a html element, you can also see it in a browser preview, provided it doesn't include contents that can only be viewed online (php e.g.).
If you place files in the *_export folder, it will be seen only after export or online.

Inger,

SD3 does not recognize this particular style sheet. See, the attached files for details. What type of CSS style sheet format supports SD3?

Does the css file contain anything else than just the styles? If so, remove the other stuff.
Does the style sheet have the <style></style> tags? If so, remove them.
Apart from popping the style sheet into the resources, did you also link to it in the head section in the Page manager?
