As you should be able to see from my signature, I'm in Norway, Europe. Does that make a difference?
How large is the file after you have zipped it? If it is less than 2MB, you should be able to attach it here. That is why I said you should delete all the rest of the pages, and also images, to keep the size down. The php file can be sent separately, also zipped.

Im getting dropbox set up.
I restrict web access to us, territories, and canada since I can only sell my products to them anyways.

OK, got it. In the meantime I'm nearly done reconstructing your form according to the code you posted...

Ok ty. I'm mostly interested in making RSD work with post actions. I can get it to to work fine with a manual html element.

I have tried changing the code in the .rsd file, taking away what is not needed and changing a few things that were incorrect. I have a problem with your php document, in that I'm not too good at php, so I can't tell if it is correct or not. I said I had started rebuilding your form, but unfortunately I did it in Foundation whereas you are using Bootstrap. I can take a new look at it tomorrow, we are now just before midnight here, so I need to call it a day.
BTW, there is no need for using the full URL to the php file. It has to be placed in the same folder as the contact.html.

It does the same thing whether or not I put it in the same folder and change the action href or if its in a sub folder and its linked there.

Hello all,
I've been trying to automate a simple email contact form in RSD3. To do this, I've inserted a 'form container' and then put some input, text area boxes, and a submit button. Then I named them and set actions on the form container, and the submit button. For the post actions to the container and the button I have put a full URL to a PHP script.

It doesn't work. It does nothing.

So then I added an html element and set up the same input fields and button with the same names, and pointed the post action to the same PHP script and it works. So my question is, how do I use RSD 3's form container and input boxes instead of the html element? Clearly I'm doing something wrong, or something is missing.

This may sound simple, and you've probably already done this, but make sure your button is an actual submit button. When I first created a form in SD3, I couldn't figure out what was wrong until I checked the button.

Select the button and go to the elements tab. Make sure the Type is set to Submit.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
