Can you post the url to your site, so that we can take a look at what we are discussing here? Would be easier to understand the problem...

I seem to have made a little progress on this problem

My original page had a horizontal menu and vertical menu, both of which contract to an expandable list for smaller screens.
With a single horizontal menu all works ok

With a vertical and horizontal menu on the same page neither menu works once they have contracted down

I'm not sure what the issue is here but ideally I would like to have a vertical and horizontal menu on the same page

In Menu Builder, select 'Design' and look to the right under 'Properties'. The first thing you see should say 'Selector'. In that area you'll see an option for ID and CLASS. Each of your menus MUST have a unique ID. Let us know if this is your problem and we'll keep thinking in the meantime . .. .

Went back into MB and and gave each menu an individual ID: <div id="hzmnu"> and <div id="vertmnu">
Reinserted all code, removed and added resource folders.
Still have the same issue.
Also tried with individual menu IDs in RSD but that didn't help either.
Horizontal and vertical menus both work fine in RSD individually.

Thanks for the assistance Eric.
I followed the guide as carefully as I could, hopefully without making any errors using replace function in html editor. I found that menu_builder.css had no references to #mainmenu, other than that I followed the steps exactly.
I found that the first menu #mymainmenu worked ok but the second menu #mainmenu seemed to inherit the stylesheet of the first menu and did't display correctly. I believe I did paste in the <head> details in correctly for the second menu.
I'm now thinking of abandoning the sidebar vertical menu and instead incorporating it into a submenu that drops drops from the main horizontal menu...seems a lot simpler and maybe a little more elegant.

Eric

Having a problem with 2 menus on a page. Another post said to change selectors to different names. I tried that and it almost works

http://tippingproductions.com/tpc/demosite15/

The More tab is supposed to drop down with more nav tabs.

I have not been able to get 2 menus to work yet - I'm on 1.5 build 56.

Thanks

Byron,

Have you cleared your browser cache? I looked at your link and the more tab does drop down with 7 submenu links.
