HI all,

Novice here with a rather simple but stupid question: How do I attach and send a .RSD file to support? Anytime I do add it to send as attachment it does not. I tried adding it my S-Drive and do see it there BUT how do I now send to support.
Scott got back to me ( Thank you Scott) but needs the .RSD

You upload the file to any location on the web and then paste a link to that file. You can also use the attach a file button and include it here but the file needs to be under 10mb.

It has to be me with the problem as the program is really great something had to do to cause all the stress!
