How do you add an m4p movie file into a page layout?

Searched for this all over the manual and the fourms but no results come up.

I would use a HTML element from the elements panel in RSD
I would insert the .mp4 movie player code files into the HTML insert area and then place the player dependent files (xlm, jquery, ajax, ect...) in the proper resource area directory using the upper Resources tab located between the EXPORT tab and the SETTINGS tab.

I found that the easyest way is using the HTML element to insert external web elements.
