A few other changes if that's ok :)

-*MODAL CHANGES*-

Instead of 'Send to List' on the Modal Submit Button change to 'Add to List'.

Shorten the dropdown box width on modal, to not be so wide.

-*Change Modal Description to...*-

We have also have alternative versions of this image available.

Here's the needed component so you can add it to your component library.

Open the above first and add it to you component library.
Then open your project and add the component to each modal below the paragraph. Adjust the BK number values in the drop down for each as you add them.

I have added the features as components and the functionality doesn't seem to be working when choosing options in the drop down and the BK Numbers showing up in green and red and also into the form box.

I didn't alter it, does the component just copy the html and css over? there isn't a seperate js file is there its all inline?

You need to open my zip project file as I altered your scroll button also. Made it all work within SD so no separate css. The component is only the html.
