How do I make it so that when a user clicks the image and chooses an option within the drop down and clicks submit, it puts the BK number into the white box at top of page where they can submit their numbers.

Do you want to have more than one value in the textrea?
Also where is the dropdown?

The dropdown is when you click on the image squares on the page.

I would like the user to click the dropdown, choose one of the 5 options available and click a button, this will then close the modal that has opened and show the Option in a big white box at the top of the page (Where it is now with the label 'BK Number Choices'.

I don't see any dropdowns on your page. Are you referring the popup Modal?
If so are you going to put a dropdown select in your Modal?
Also you have an html element in there with a lot of invalid code.

Yes sorry, I tried to sort it with the code that is in there now but couldn't link it with the white box at top of page.

Within the modal when you click the image, I would like a dropdown with the options:

Original Graffiti
Distressed
Photoshop File
Vector File
TIFF File

Each of these options will have their own SKU (BK-001og for Original Graffiti, BK-001ds for Distressed, BK-001psd for Photoshop File, BK-001ai for Vector File and BK-001tiff for Tiff File).

Once the user has chose their option they can click 'Add to List' and it will add to the White box at the top of the page, I would like to do this for every image on the page.

BK-002og
BK-002ds
BK-002psd
BK-002ai
BK-002tiff

So the box needs to be able to hold multiple choices from different images as the user will select numerous images.

I think it needs to be zipped, even though it says you can upload sd files. Another option is to ftp it to your site and share a link.

When I try to upload a file it says...

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

It may be because the file is too big.
