How do I center the Nav?

Hi! This is an awesome tutorial. I just have a quick question. How can I make the items in the navigation centered on the page in desktop view? And if I do so, will it effect the mobile/responsive version? I don't if I am making any sense, but hopefully someone understands what I am trying to say.

Make your column with the nav the max amount of spans for your grid. Then you may need to set the left and right margins to auto for the div holding the nav.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thank you for your help! But I've decided that I needed the pull down menu instead, which I guess is part two of that tutorial. So now my question is, do I center the nav the same way?

To center a Nav >> select the column of your navigation >> From Design Panel >> Typography Tap > Select Align Center

This will horizontally center your whole navigation
