Hoverable Dropup component across...

I am using the Hoverable Dropup component included with RSD. I have three of these on my page. Each works correctly above 1024 pixels. I'll admit, as relative newbie, it took me some experimentation to figure out how to configure these with different content while not breaking the component's hovering action. I'm probably missing something obvious.

I cannot find where to adjust the components as I pass below the 1024 pixel breakpoint. Attached are two screen grabs just above and below the breakpoint. The component shrinks in width dramatically below the breakpoint and I can't find which part of the component I need to adjust to correct this.

A couple of things that need clarification:

1. Which version or RSD are you running? 1.xxx or 2.xxx? My reason for asking this, is that you are saying "...as I pass below the 1024 pixel breakpoint...". To me it sounds like you have started your design at the wide view, that is ABOVE 1024px. If that is the case, it can be done with RSD versions 1.xxx, but not with 2 and above, here you must start at the lower end, at the phone-size screen..

2. if you need help, it would be better if you could post your project file (zip it and pop it into Dropbox or similar). Screen shots, where we don't see neither the break points nor for which element we are looking at the settings, are not enough for us to understand your problem.

I am running RSD 2.5. As I said, I'm a newbie at RSD and know just enough to be dangerous otherwise. This project involves developing a single website for one target business and accidentally learning RSD along the way as I try to create the look I'm envisioning.

Recreating the components starting at less than 480 pixels and then managing how they stack using columns at larger screen sizes has resolved my issue.

It appears I also need to recreate another section I built using a subgrid in the same manner.

While it's adding some time to getting this site live, the general knowledge going forward is worth the extra hours.

Thanks for putting me on the correct path.
