I have one page in my web with a HTML element. This element needs to refresh every time the page is loaded because it contains data changing during the day.

How do I do this?
In Safari on my MAC I have to hold down SHIFT loading the page. But this should happen automatically.
It's only the HTML element who needs to be refreshed. The HTML element is a code linking to an external code module.

There are different solutions listed. If it is only for one page, I guess the meta tags will be the best.

Hmm, and how did I include this meta tags in site designer so I don't have to put in this manually each time I make changes to this page?
