Using Inger Ilk's template and having to cut and paste sections of code to make the page right, but somehow, I have messed up the footer.
Can anyone spot why it's not centred now?

It is not possible to see the footer when you post that binput.php only. But my guess is, that you somehow must have lost the CSS for the footer.
The footer.php is to be included in binput.php. Your best bet would be to go to one of the pages where the footer displays correctly and copy the footer CSS. Then pop it in the head code box of the binput.
