Hey guys,
I may be being slow but when I start a new EM based project, RSD (v1.2) still displays everything in pixels including font size. Am I missing something here?

Inside of the RSD application you will still see PX referenced but when you preview or export your website, they will be converted to EM's.

Is there any way I can tell if a project is px or em based when I open it in RSD?
Also, how many pixels wide are the ems in RSD? 16px? Is there anywhere to set this?

Sure can. Go to the Layouts Pane and next to Configure Grid you will see what is being used.
