I'm wondering what the difference between the new responsive site designer v2 and bootstrap builder v2 are? RSD is on sale, but do they do the same thing?

RSD has Bootstrap and Foundation included in one app.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

RSD for the time being anyway, has a more robust Component Library feature.
