CTRL-C problem

I created an HTML element which I'm assuming is where you'd put the code for widgets, sliders etc. However when I copy (CTRL-C) a block of code from a text file and try to paste it (CTRL-V) into the HTML Element design box, nothing happens (nothing appears in the black box). I get the same lack of result if I use the menu drop down to copy/paste - also the same whether the HTML Element is standalone in a column or in a container.

Most scripts are rather lengthy (like this one I'm trying to copy/paste):
<span style="display: block !important; width: 180px; text-align: center; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px;"><a href="http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=zmw:80117.1.99999&bannertypeclick=wu_bluestripes" title="Kiowa, Colorado Weather Forecast" target="_blank"><img src="http://weathersticker.wunderground.com/weathersticker/cgi-bin/banner/ban/wxBanner?bannertype=wu_bluestripes&airportcode=KMNH&ForcedCity=Kiowa&ForcedState=CO&zip=80117&language=EN" alt="Find more about Weather in Kiowa, CO" width="160" /></a><br><a href="http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=zmw:80117.1.99999&bannertypeclick=wu_bluestripes" title="Get latest Weather Forecast updates" style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12px" target="_blank">Click for weather forecast</a></span>

So I really don't want to have to retype chunks I should be able to copy/paste in.

Am I misunderstanding what the HTML Element is for, or am I doing something else wrong?

Have you tried right-click and then copy/paste to see if it works that way Mike?

Scott-
That didn't work either. I'm stumped. I can type it in directly, but that's basically a lot of errors waiting to happen.

Have you tried rebooting to see if that helps?

Scott-
This is freakin weird. I copied/pasted the text chunk from the Notepad text file into MS Word, then copied the chunk from the open MS Word file and pasted it into the HTML Element box and it worked. Not an elegant work around, but it worked for now. I'd like to report that as a possible bug.

Rebooting fixed it... I think it's nap time.
Any word on actual documentation happening? I feel like you've handed me a lump of coal and told me that there's a diamond inside if I can figure out how to get to it.

You didn't find the diamond! :)

Documentation should be available by the time the public release occurs. Remember that all the documentation for RLM would still apply to RSD.
