I have a project with a large company that uploaded my site to the test server and it looks fine but in some browsers a few rows aren't showing in IE. Its crazy - I have never had this problem before. They are running it internally and not out in the wild. The server is running Apache 2.4.6 Red Hat Linux with php 5.4.16.

Here is the demo site

The top green row and the green row with the navigation are not showing in IE

Thanks all

To make matters worse they have used wordpress (blah!) before and not run into this problem.

Any smart person have a thought?

Have you been able to open the site on their server and use the browsers developer tools to see why it's not showing?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

What exactly do you mean by this: 'but in some browsers a few rows aren't showing in IE'? Are you speaking about several instances of IE (what version anyway?), like several people are using IE and some of them cannot see those lines?
If so, could someone from the IT department of that company perhaps check the monitors of those people, what the resolution and scaling are set to?

Sorry bad grammar - rattled a bit - So far only IE and 11 and 7. On the demo the top green bar and the green navigation bar.

I have IE11 and I can see both green rows. So what I said about resolution and scaling is still valid. In case of IE7, tell the IT rep at the company to updrade the browsers. There must be some limit to how archaic browsers we have to design for.

Ok he uploaded so everyone can see

http://test.trees-llc.com/index.html

He says that half the people can see and half can't - I can see it. There are 35,000 people in the company its all IE 11 - there has to be something to it.

What is it they can't see? Are those two green bands not there at all, or are they hidden below the main image? Or is the menu thingie below the 'fold', so that they have to scroll to see it? Do they have a scroll bar at all?
I can see both bars, but on the services page, the menu bar is half-way below the 'horizon'. No problem though, I can scroll a bit to see it properly. But it might be an idea to use the same aspect ratio for all the images.
What kind of monitors do these people have? I can't imaging that this is something in the software, it has to be a local thing. I'm back to the settings for the monitors.
Mark's image of what he sees has to do with the monitor. It is wide, but not much height. But there is a scrollbar, so he can scroll down to the menu. Another thing is, that it might have been better to have the menu above the image' insterad of below.

I'm kind of just guessing here. It would have been better if we could see your project file.
