Create / Load en Reuse Components / Symbols in new created websites not the current only

1) Can you please predefined more components and symbols for the foundation framework v6.xx and the bootstrap
framwork v4.xx
2) Like the possible to permanently components and symbols.
Then one can for every newly created page components and symbols to them than to insert in your website.
Now that's not possible and is that very time loss.
