I created a new building block yesterday, among other things including a music player, and the music is in a mp3 and an ogg file. While I was working on the file I wanted to preview, but that was not possible, and I think that ogg file caused it, see error message in attachment. I notified Bob about this, but he was not able to reproduce it (He must have inherited Scott's 'holy Mac' :P ).
So, what I'm asking is, if you could please download this project file: http://horgenhonning.net/sharing/zf-accordion.rsd , open it and then try 'Preview on'. And of course let me know how it goes.

Hi
All run perfectly on Mac (Mojave 10.14.1) with Safari 12.0.1
but on Window10 with Chrome I just can't hear the kaval
no error appear, audio player is running with no sound...
RSD 3.5 build 2979 on Window10 64-bit & RSD 4 build 3069 on OSX 10.14.6

All sound works for me on Win10 64bit with Firefox, Chrome , Edge and IE....no issues at all

Thanks, and did you try previewing?

I didn't have any problems with playing the sound, only the preview failed, and since the ogg file was mentioned in the error message, I thought it might be the culprit somehow.

Ycarry, I can hear the sound playing in Chrome, and so can apparently Mark. Could it be something with your Win system?

Yes...that is how I verified on my end...by previewing. Unless there is a method of previewing I don't know about...I use the "preview on" button and choose the browser. Is that what you mean?

Just previewed in the latest Chrome and Firefox Dev Ed on Win10 and it looked and played fine for me!

I have now cleared the cache, run Ccleaner, rebooted the machine. Then I opened SD3 with that file again. I was able to preview in Ffx, Chrome and IE11 about 10 times - and then I got the error again! If anyone has the time/patience to try 'preview on' that many times....

Ycarry, I did notice that the music player looked a bit 'chopped off' in Chrome, so I increased the height. Did that do anything to the performance on your Windows system?

Just tested it 15 times in chrome. Opened fine every time. And yes the player is a bit chopped off in chrome.

Download the file again... and it works now on W10 (Chrome)... sorry :rolleyes:
