How do they make a column (or container) so that there is a picture then maybe some copy then a more button and even if the copy paragraphs are different sizes the "more" buttons are on the same level?

Below the text, add a container, display flex stretch. Pop the button into the container, align-self flex-end. You can see the settings in my sharing folder in my signature, the 'simple-cards.rbb' file.

Inger - what if I'm not using Coffee Cup to host?
It doesn't matter where your site is hosted. I'm not using CC as a host either.

One other solution, using the Equalizer plugin, is all very simple:
- Row
- - | Column (add Attribute: Data Equalizer)
- - - | Container (the intro)
- - - - - Image (100% width)
- - - - - Header
- - - - - | Container (add Attribute: Data Equalizer Watch)
- - - - - - - - [i]Paragraph text
- - - - - Link button
You can find a demo here, and the file there.

Richard,
The demo looks fine, but the file does not. It has containers of different heights.
And I think Byron is using Bootstrap.

RSD Currently doesn't preview Equalizer within the app itself yet ... that's a known issue already reported by Mansour. But the browsers show the page as intended. But okay, I didn't realise Byron was using Bootstrap ... sorry about that
