I know its not suggested but if I still have a few sites on it has anyone having unusual issues with it?

Do you mean in RSD 2.5? I have one site made with RSD 1 which works fine in v. 2.5. Don't know how it's going to be in v. 3 though.

I'm in 2.5 - I know that components don't work but sometimes Im having a few other odd issues

I have a few sites which are still in grinder which I edit with 2.5.
I haven't noticed any difficulties.
