hi just wanted to put in a very quick form in RSD with just two fields and a submit button to request a pdf and i am not sure how you do this with just RSD - i do have Web form builder but like the formatting i have with RSD for this little quick form - how do i get it to work in just RSD?

You should be able to use the formatting in RSD if you use the same ID's or classes in your inputs as your form builder files. You may have to do some tweaking after export depending on need.
If you have a simple form you may just want to use an separate php script that will function for ya. It all depends on what your trying to do and prevent people from entering the wrong data.
