Problem with Bootstrap 4 Card Deck component

I suggest the breaking point in on the bootstrap framework of 586px and 768px and would like 2 card decks and no 4 per column/row.
I have tried something with flexbox but that does not work Here my project where it goes wrong.
How can I solve that problem?

You forgot to complete the steps 6 and 7.
If you don't give the cards any width, the parent div will assume that they are all to be fitted into the same row.
