I have redone this and tried what I can think of and its escaping me. the crazy think is I have done this same layout multiple times.

It seemd like the css isn't taking effect and the images are not loading as the layout isn't right (the containers) and the background isn't showing up. tried adjusting the z index and everything I can think of but simply cn't figure it out. Got a feeling its simple but?

Yes I know on the pool site but the other doesnt even begin to load correctly - that is the one I am working on

Thanks but I redid the page a number of times and found out the pciture was at fault and didn't show up
