I got HTML editor 17 to run on Wine
but Id very much like to buy and run SD4 as well ! On some variant of Wine on Linux.
Any hints for dependencies I must install ? .NET ? VCC 2015 ? What OS level compatibility ? (XP / W7 , 32 / 64 bit etc )

Coffeecup Software was not built for Li nux. Maybe someone here is able to help, and if so, you're lucky.
BTW, no point it asking the same question cross posted to several groups.

Sorry, I believed I was replying to other questions in the other threads .. sad to be met with negativity, after all I'm only after running the great software on my system. And since HTML Editor runs great I see no reason why Site Designer could not be made Wine compatible :-( :-( It would be great as there is little technical reason why it shouldn't :-( but if there is no chance I will just go away. As Im done with windows and will never be a Mac user ...
