Alt and Title Tags for Images on...
I see a place to enter both Alt and Title tags on 'linked' images. Way cool. But I only see an Alt tag for static (non-linked) images. There is no place to enter a Title tag that I can see. Is that the way it is supposed to be? Pardon my ignorance if it is. Thanks guys.
ALT tags are used for Picture Images and Picture Links. You can use ALT text regardless if the image is Local or Online. Title Tags are used for Text Links or Picture Links. You don't use Title Tags on images that are not links.

Thank you Scott. My fuzzy memory was trying to tell me that in the olden days (ha!) we used to use Alt and Title tags for Picture Images for SEO purposes. But if it is not needed, that is great. One less thing for me to do as I put the final touches on my 60-70 page RSD site.
Thanks for the lightning fast response and taking the time to answer my question!

Although not required (as the alt attribute is), the title attribute is stiill permissible for a non-linking image. I often find this quite useful, since the text in the title attribute will be displayed as a 'tool tip' when you hover over the image.
