Adding links to words or phrases...

If I have a block of text and want to select certain words or phrases and use them as anchors for links, how can I do this easily with RSD2?

Hi Geoff,
Triple click the text element and then select the text. Now enter the anchor link url info in the top right of the design panel.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
