Do you place the favicon in the images folder under resources? I placed it there and it didn't seem to find it

Thanks

I placed mine in the resources folder, and it works.

Probably doing something stupid - I open resources place it in the root of the project folder. When I export the project it shows up in the root directory. The site is already so I ftp'd the index page and the ico file into the root directory. Refreshed the page and nothing

Have you added this line to the head in Settings?
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico">

Your markup is wrong.... Where is the closing quotation? :)
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico>

For readability, I would move that also to the first item in the head above the menu.

Yes it is - I don't get it. I cleared cache and no show - doesn't show in chrome, edge or firefox.

Sorry - didn't see your post.

But I did the change and posted it first and I still don't see it. What dumb thing am I doing?
