:( I'm trying Shopping Cart Creator, (V.3.9.4196.0), it seems cool but when I upload my files via FTP, and then trying to see what my shop looks like I get this advertissement :

"Warning: require(utilities.inc.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/159/sda/2/4/dysagwen/config.inc.php on line 45

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'utilities.inc.php' (include_path='/mnt/159/sda/2/4/dysagwen/include:.:/usr/php5/lib/php') in /mnt/159/sda/2/4/dysagwen/config.inc.php on line 45"

I tried to solve it by uploading an .htaccess file with php 1 but it does'nt work.

Is there anybody who meet the same problem, and how did you fix it ?

Thanks for your response

Try uploading your shop again and if that doesn't work reinstall your software.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I would open a support ticket as the CC guru's can then access your server to see whats up.:)

Looking at the error message, it looks like the shop did not fully upload. I would suggest you try re-publishing to a new URL to see if that fixes the situation. If it does, you can then just deleted the old folder and rename the new old.

Thanks scoot I've made a rply to your most recent anwser.

Thanks Scott for all your replies,;) but ...No Way...Even with your tip it does not work on my servers...:(
I have made a comparaison with my local folders with the folders in my FTP server. All files seems to be corrects and similars.

I've tried 2 way of uploading : Manually, and from the application.Same results.

Keeping searching the solution ;)

Thanks again

May be a particular specification of my host service ? I'm going to try this with a fully server that works well (Prestashop on it.Yes I am a bit lazy and CofeeCup shopping cart creator would be fine for a fast edit and uploading in a new folder, and simple to manage ) I will see,and I will give you more informations of my tests.

In your post here or your support ticket you never provided a URL to your shop. That really helps us out here so we can look into what is going on. ;)
