I have a couple of questions,

1. is there a way to have taxes included in the price (it's cusom in Sweden)
2. There is a few places that you have default text in english lie "You must update the cart after making changes." is there a way i can translate it to swedish
3. If i only want to ship to sweden kan i skip the shiping destination?
